Gogok Kelong is situated offshore between Singapore's Pulau Tekong and
Malaysia's Pasir Gogok in state of Johor.
It is a
great tranquil getaway from the bustle of city life. A quite
surrounding with only the sound of the waves to relax your mind

Facilities
on the Kelong:
Partitioned
enclosure with mattresses and pillows
can be provided for your own group.
Approximately 6 - 8 pax per enclosure will be
allocated to individual groups.
Prior arrangements need to be made for minimum group size
of 25 persons.
Privacy are attained by simple draw-curtains attach with
each partitioned enclosure.
Enclosures are not air-conditioned but fans are provided.

Facilities
Non-seated common toilets with manual flushing
system (pails and scoops)
For bathing, pails and scoops are available for you to
transfer water from the big barrels outside the common
water area.
Clean water is transported from the nearby kampong to
the kelong for daily usage.

Breakfast, Lunch, Seafood Steamboat Dinner & BBQ Supper
(Depending on type of package that you have booked)
Free flow of drinking water, tea and coffee are available.
Canned drinks are also available and are chargeable.

WHAT TO
EXPECT
- Exclusive
Use
The kelong is meant for exclusive use only and will
cater for a minimum of 25 people and a maximum of 51
people. Special arrangement will have to be made for
groups size above 51 people.

- Facility
Condition
The facilities available on the kelong are very basic.
The kelong structure is not brand new, and may be even
consider ‘rundown’ by certain visitors. Do not
expect resort-style furnishings onboard the kelong.

- Ambience
Participants' merry-making usually carry on into the
late hours of the night or even into the early hours
of the morning. As there are no sound buffers, you can
expect to be deprived of sleep throughout the night.
|
- Entertainment
Please note that the karaoke set, TV and mahjong sets
are shared among all kelong visitors, therefore there
is no reservation for the exclusive use by any group
and are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

- Fishing
Participants are advised to bring their own fishing
gears. Bait are readily available on the kelong. Rod
or line fishing are the most commonly used method.
